I came to this nail salon requesting a tech for hard gel/LCN refill and someone who would be able to honor appointments. I explained this to the manager and was assured this would be no problem. I loved my tech, she did a really good job and my nails looked amazing! But after a few months, the service started to decline. I wanted to like this place because of the great reviews, but I left disappointed. I came here because their website clearly listed a classic pedicure as $28, or $25 with a student discount (see attached pictures). I got a classic pedicure with gel nail polish, and expected a slight up-charge due to gel polish. However, when I checked out, I was shocked to be charged $42 instead. While I didn’t have the best experience in the past, today changed everything for me. I love John + Alex. Hands down. the best - very precise with their work. I came in last minute, labor day weekend and they were able to get me in and out but still providing quality service without making me feel rushed. Can’t wait to come back in 2 weeks!
