Could not have been happier with Michell! Sold our home quickly, within a week quickly I'm sayin. It took a lot longer for us to find our new home but she was there every step of the way. Additionally, her brother and co-partner Ed was also extremely helpful. If I ever but or sell again, she'll be my first call.

We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to help us navigate both the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old one. From the very beginning, she was incredibly patient as we searched for our new home. She never made us feel rushed or pressured, and she was always willing to work around our schedules. Michell Lukasik - I put my heart and trust in you to sell my home of 51 years. She was very compassionate and understanding to my feelings. After loosing my husband of 54 years she walked me through the sale like family. She is an awesome person and a fantastic realtor. A person would be stupid to not put their trust and home in her hand. Thank you Michell. You're a God send.

We sold our mom's house through Michell and I couldn't be happier with the service, time, attention, and knowledge she provided to us. She knew the area and the model of the home thoroughly. She prepared comparables and knew the market. Michell was always super easy to talk to and answered any and all questions we had. I loved working with her and would do so again in a heartbeat. Do yourself a favor and work with her on your next real estate venture.
