They are closed for good after 44 years of being open. So sad to see them go.

An east side tradition for 45+ years. Always a sentimental favorite, like it's former neighbor, Charburg/Charcoaler. Food is a respectable 4 with periodic moments of brilliance. Interior design is spartan, for Italian restaurant fare. But who cares about the bricks since your not going to eat them. Going to miss this place. 10/2/16 is currently the planned last day of business. No reservations are left. First come seating only. Go by and pay your respects if you can.
