I've called two days in a row, left 2 messages, and no one will call me back. They're open 12 hours a day; what are you all doing? You never see more than 1 other patient when you do get graced with an appointment. I tried scheduling myself through the app and it crashes before it books your appointment. How can I schedule my yearly annual to receive my physical benefit?! I hate this sorry excuse for healthcare.
