Was in and out in less then 45 min for a live unload cant complain
I arrived to your facility on 10-3-25 around 4 a.m. to pick up my load. Your employees put the wrong trailer number on my bill of lading so your security guard told me that I have to wait until someone come in at 5:30am to stamp my bills due to the error bc he stated that he can't stamp it. It's now almost 6a.m. and I'm still at your facility without my bills being stamped just burning unnecessary time. Calling corporate

Wait at the stop sign and guard will come check all paper work and let you know where to go. Got unloaded in 30 min. Turns are a little tight but you can make it if you know where you going.
