Marc and his team were amazing to work with! They made the whole process feel very welcoming and informative. Felt genuine and they absolutely smashed it. Going to Micheli was really amazing and personal experience for us! We found the calm and pressure free environment a real standout in comparison to other places. The honest and open discussion and willingness to work patiently with us (even when we were super indecisive) was really appreciated. Had a wonderful experience with Alice and the team at Micheli Malvern. I wanted to redesign my late Mum’s jewellery (chunky and cumbersome 1970s design) as well as my own wedding set and Alice was so accommodating and executed my vision perfectly! My Dad loves what we’ve done with Mum’s diamonds and they’re now on display every day on my fingers instead of in a jewellery box. A touching reminder of Mum for him. Thanks Alice!
