My landlord recommended this company for renters insurance. After my apartment was broken into and several of my things were stolen I attempted to file a claim. My first email was responded to because they asked for a police report number, but since then every other email and phone message has been ignored. It's been almost 3 months and no one has communicated with me.
When our company, property, and workman's comp insurance policies were set to expire in 2 months, we received a cancellation notice. We contacted our rep and he said everything was under control and that they would get us renewed shortly. After many attempts to get an answer, our rep finally came by with the new paperwork on the VERY LAST day our policy was in effect. The price was 3.5X what it originally was.
