Our pup, Lucy, loves coming here and is always super happy and looks adorable when we pick her up. Never had a bad experience. The owner, Kelli, does a wonderful job on her cut and is always extremely friendly! She loves dogs and it shows!
I am very disappointed on how this place runs now. Thru used to be open weekends and now they aren't. I go try to take my dogs in to get their nails trimmed TWICE now when they r open but they have signs on the door saying they aren't doing nail trims and closed to foot traffic. They may want to take down the sign and the voicemail stating they do nail trims anytime they r open. My dogs are not easy to take in the car and I have had to do it twice now and them not getting them trimmed. I do not recommend them as u never know... read more
I have been taking my Saint Bernard there for a blowout because they are one of the few groomers that provide it. Her drop off time was scheduled for 7:00. I waited outside until 7:30 and was subsequently late to work. I was told she could be picked up by 2:00 unless they called. No call came, so when I showed up around 2:15 expecting to get my dog, I was told that she was no where near ready. I waited until 4:00 when the owner, while rudely yelling at her wonderful employees, drug my dog back because she forgot to trim her ... read more
They are great with my dogs no appointment to go get their nails done and the dogs like them!

My Maine Coon is 8 years old. Kelli took great care of him and he's so handsome now. Look for a picture of Gryphon.
My poodles have never looked this good! Great attention to detail. �
