I have called three times to schedule a follow up ER appointment and NEVER received a call back. I left two messages and even spoke with the receptionist who guaranteed I would be called back. I’ve never seen a more irresponsible, negligent group of so called professionals! Needless to say, I have no idea what my next step for treatment is!
