Dr. Martin-Jones has been my PCP for about 10 years. Her new location is great and easy to get to . She is takes time with her patients to listen and explain their care. I hope she never retires!
Years I have suffered w/ my BP, In 3 1/2 months Madam MD brought it down! She is the type of Dr I like. She’s matter of fact. She’s not my mother, cousin, girlfriend or sister, she’s my Dr! Her job is to get and keep me well. It’s not her job to keke with me that’s my friend’s job. Front desk staff member is sullen, incompetent, and rude; and persistently fails to return calls or deliver on promised tasks. Wait time for appointment is generally more than an hour. As a regular patient for three years, today I was told that Martin-Jones will not discuss with me any health concerns related to my recent auto accident. This is the final reason I will find a new provider. I don't recommend this Dr.
My whole family sees Dr. Martin-Jones, parents and children. She is excellent and very thorough. Dr. Martin-Jones has a holistic approach and considers the patient’s entire lifestyle.
Too much waiting.
Doctor Martin-Jones provides great services and good follow up.
Dr. Martin-Jones is a okay doctor. But the wait time to see her when you have an appointment is outrageous. I been to her office 3-4 times with a appointment and had to wait over an hours to see her. Dr. Martin-Jones front desk staff doesn't seem that she knows what she is doing. She is not welcoming to patients. I ended up changing doctor's.
