I appreciate the timeliness of appointments; staff is kind and professional; Dr Shems keeps tabs on all patients and sets realistic expectations. My son is motivated by the points system.
We’ve had such a great experience Dr. Shems for our child! The entire team is friendly, patient, and really knows how to make children feel comfortable and at ease. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a caring and professional orthodontist!
Went here to finish my Invisalign after a terrible experience somewhere else. Everyone in the office was so friendly and helpful. Had such a good experience, I brought my son to Dr. Shems for his braces too.
We met with a few orthodontists for our 7 year old daughter - and knew right away Dr.Shem would be a great fit for our family. Michelle is great with children and seems to take a minimal intervention approach. The entire office staff is warm and professional and puts our daughter at ease.
