Dr. Shem and the team are amazing! The staff is friendly, professional, and great at explaining things to my daughter and keeping her calm. The office is always extremely clean, and Dr. Shem is very knowledgeable. We’re so happy with the beautiful smile they’re creating!
We stayed in Portland for one night on our way to drop off our 14-year-old son at camp. The morning of our trip, the wire on his braces shifted and started poking his gum. I’m so grateful we found this office! We called at 8 a.m. on Monday, were seen by 9, and back on the road to camp by 9:30. Thank you, Dr. Shems and team, for helping us out!
