She doesn't even deserve one star. She's a terrible doctor. As one reviewer has already stated; she doesn't listen to the parents. She acts as if we are stupid and don't know anything about our children. When she's called out on this, she makes excuses. Don't walk - run away from her.
I have had some terrible encounters with Dr. Hensley. Although she does well while communicating to our children, she is ALWAYS condescending with the parents. She is constantly making assumptions about our concerns before completing an assessment or asking additional questions. We have been referred out multiple times after she assured us that they would just say the same thing....except they didn't. There was always a validity to our concerns.
