I reached out to Allstate for a homeowners insurance quote and was pleasantly paired with Randy, throughout our conversation not only did he competitively price me with HOI but was able to bundle and save with my auto policy as well. He even went as far as handling policy cancellation for my former policy. Great customer service, knowledgeable and kind.

I wish to thank Randy for resolving a very long past due claim for water damage in our home which began in November. I ended up having to pay the contractor myself because I wasn’t receiving money from the insurance . I called Randy and he got right on it He made some phone calls and it was resolved immediately. He had compassion for me and was kind, and said he would take care of this and he did. I would ask that he be recognized as an asset to your firm. Thank you
