Excellent service! Chelsea is awesome and so helpful!
They are great when you can get them to answer the phone. Which never seems to be when I need to get anything done! They have meetings at inconvenient times that interfere with their ability to serve their customers who pay them. You can tell the phone is ringing because if you call persistently they’ll send it to voicemail or take it off the hook. Unacceptable
Michelle and her team, especially Emily, have been nothing short of fantastic! They helped my husband and I get our insurance coverage transitioned after an out of state move.
