Due to a problem caused by an online platform and The Great Ice Storm of 2026, my checking account could not be accessed to make my monthly automatic payment this month. Chelsea worked diligently with me to help resolve the problem, even so far as to research whether the wildest ideas I had to fix the problem. Chelsea is very patient and supportive.
