I do not have any complaints about the services provided. All the staff from the receptionist to doctor were exceptionally friendly and professional. Dr. Koo was very receptive to how you felt and what you wanted. Likewise, she wasnt working in her best interest but yours, you and solely you. You are the focal point. Overall, I couldnt imagine a better experience and am thoroughly happy with the surgery and the results.

I can not say enough about Dr. Koo, Joanne and the other staff members. They immediately put you at ease. My results are fabulous and I would have no problem recommending Dr. Koo.
So, I turned 40 six months ago. For myself, I made an appointment with Dr. Koo. The firsdt visit she went over all my 'face options', she gave me choices. She talked about my skin, Botox and a little filler. I chose not to do anything that day. A month later I called the office and made another appointment. I decided to start on some of her Skin Brilliance and have a little botox and some filler. Dr. Koo recommended 3 products and only did the Botox. She said 'start slow'. I have had a great experience with Dr. Koo. She was very helpful and knowledgable with the service I needed. She made me feel very comfortable during the process and was very satisfied with the results. I would definitely return to her for any other procedures and would recommend her to others.
