My wife and I had a great experience with Michele Brandt. We were first time home buyers who were pretty overwhelmed with home buying process, but Michele Brandt made it very easy for us and walked us through the process, even showing up at closing. I appreciated the flexibility and value she brought to our family, and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is interested in purchasing a home.
Michele and her team communicated with us throughout the whole process and answered any questions we had as first time home buyers. She made sure herself or Ashley were available when needed and showed appreciation for using her as our mortgage broker in little ways (scratch offs, cards, chocolate covered strawberries). Highly recommend Waterstone!
