Michele is an accomplished professional in real estate. She guided us flawlessly through the process of selling our home. She recommended excellent contractors to ready the home for sale and she met with us regularly to keep the process moving. She helped us determine the appropiate sale price and guided us through the closing procedure. Excellent.
Michele went the extra mile at every turn! We moved out three weeks before the house went on the market. She did so much to ready it for sale that we felt guilty in abandoning her. She’s got a great eye for detail, is a seasoned professional at marketing, and is the consummate people person in engaging prospective buyers. We simply can’t sing her praises enough!! There was so much to learn about the market and we had very specific needs and a limited budget. I don't know how we could have done it without Michele's knowledge, expertise and patience. When things needed to happen in an instant, she and her staff were 100% on it. In the end, it was her keen insight into the details that would help our bid win over others.
