Michele is an accomplished professional in real estate. She guided us flawlessly through the process of selling our home. She recommended excellent contractors to ready the home for sale and she met with us regularly to keep the process moving. She helped us determine the appropiate sale price and guided us through the closing procedure. Excellent.
Michele went the extra mile at every turn! We moved out three weeks before the house went on the market. She did so much to ready it for sale that we felt guilty in abandoning her. She’s got a great eye for detail, is a seasoned professional at marketing, and is the consummate people person in engaging prospective buyers. We simply can’t sing her praises enough!! Wish we had another property to sell with her.
We just worked with Michele on our third transaction. As always, she knows the market, is transparent about any issues, and is always responsive and timely even during a pandemic. We are now settling into our new house. (Note that she helped us buy our first house almost 20 years ago, and then skillfully helped us sell it 4 years ago. We absolutely recommend her!)
