I did not know her from previous times that I visited the clinic. She was very attentive, courteous and respectful. She explain my situation and my options well. I was very pleased with her recommendations.
I was seen by a "float" doctor today, in order to be seen right away without Urgent care. Doc Merritt was Very nice, efficient, fast but thorough in speaking to me and diagnosing my issue. (She was somewhat disappointed that I did not bring something really interesting like leprosy, but she did a great job with my rather boring little wound! ) I have never seen a float doc before - recommend this well trained and friendly lady for help. I got in right on time and out again quickly.Very good experience at Lakewood Kaiser.
