the rent is high, the apartments are old and roach-infested. the new upgrades just put a bandaid on serious problems that need to be fixed. the apartments are tiny, roach infested and they never answer when you need something fixed. i have to call the main office to get anything fixed

I’ve been living here since 1976 I have no complaints anything that is wrong I call and problem is fixed the rent is high but it’s convenient
Right it needs a lot of repairs that are overdue about 39 yrs. too late..lots of flooding in apartments problems with heaters in the winter....mice in apartments now due to all the construction going on...lots of weed smoking in courtyards due to outsiders & insiders...security sucks in here....I see a lot of ppl moving out not in....so a lot of work needs to be done here...should be a place where children are not allowed bcz there is nothing for them to play on or do.....but no dogs allowed..and this is supposed to be "Priv... read more
