I was very happy with Justin. Getting things done in a timely manner and the knowledge that Justin knew about his job. I went to Firestone in Eastgate - Cincinnati and the guy there, I think was a manager told me there was nothing they could do for me since Justin and his crew had just put 4 brand new tires on the vehicle and when I came in the low tire pressure light was solid to Justin, and now it is constantly flashing. Visited here a few weeks ago. My exhaust pipe broke while on the highway well I was headed back home 2 hours away.. I dealt with Justin who works there. He could have charged me a lot to repair the damage but was honest and up front and gave me another solution. They ended up fixing my car so that I can make it home and he told me what to do once I got home to have it repaired. I was so grateful for his honesty and saving me time and money in the long run. I would recommend this place 100%!!!! Thank you Justin!!!!
Booked 1:30 appointment at Mason- Montgomery Rd location-was told at check in that service would take 45-60 minutes- car was immediately put up on racks and never touched- work not even started at 2:30pm- front desk stated” other appointments bleed over”- I left at 2:45pm! Crap Communication! So manipulative!
