I was very happy with Justin. Getting things done in a timely manner and the knowledge that Justin knew about his job. I went to Firestone in Eastgate - Cincinnati and the guy there, I think was a manager told me there was nothing they could do for me since Justin and his crew had just put 4 brand new tires on the vehicle and when I came in the low tire pressure light was solid to Justin, and now it is constantly flashing. Justin just told me to bring it back in and they would fix it and they did without charging me. Thanks ... read more
