Not all that bad. I can't speak to the issues of other raters as I have not had the type of work done which they did, but on the issue of buying tires, service and follow-up, I have not experienced anything that bad. Michel Tire has delivered the service and products promised and when I had a tire damaged due to road hazard, they measured the remaining tread and gave me an appropriate discount on a new tire as indicated in the contract.

Mrs. taylor My husband works at Fort Knox. He had over $450. "worth" of work done on his trucks breaks day before yesterday. He started a 3 hour trip to visit home and only 1/2 hour out one of the brakes caught on fire. I am very angry, as he does not get to see us often (wife and child) and had to have AAA haul the truck back to Radcliff. As much money as they charged, they BETTER fix it today. rip off needed rear brakes and rotors on my 2004 envoy. They wanted $376.58, which is almost twice as much as everywhere else. Rip off.
MICHEL TIRES I sent my landrover to michel tires to replace ignition wires and was charged $300 1 year later the wires go bad and they wanted to charge me another $300 to replace. They are nothing but crooks
