Dr Fraser is terrific. SSM Health is the absolute worst. You can not call without holding a long time. The phone BS system is the worst. Billing is a tragedy. Took 3 months to get insurance and billing straightened. Billing reps are the worst -- Different story every time you call. Without even receiving a bill they will start to text over due notices regularly.
Only positive. On time, professional and friendly.
