Mike is amazing, and super efficient. I noticed my basement drain had backed up and it was about 11 PM. I gave Mike a call and thought he would have an answering service but, he’s just right on top of everything, answered the phone after midnight, was very polite, all things considered, and was out at my house at 8 o’clock the next morning pumping my system. He also hooked me up with a new pump and before noon everything was completed. I can’t say enough great things about Mike.
