I love my primary care physician--Dr. Michael McGrew. First of all, Dr. McGrew is very handsome. Dr. McGrew has a great personality towards his patients, and is very good at explaining medical things to patients in a way that we patients would understand. I am very glad that I was paired up with Dr. McGrew for my primary care.
Dr. McGrew is a rare find in Las Vegas. I have received great care from him. He left no stone unturned to find the cause of my medical condition and took immediate action to put me on a path to wellness. He takes time to listen and studies the facts before him. His advice is sound. He cares about his patients and it shows in his demeanor. A credit to the medical profession!
The office is overbooked an unavailable and unwilling to provide any reasonable or necessary accommodations. The staff is unable or unwilling to schedule appointments during initial phone calls. Their line is busy and hold times are excessive. Once you are able to talk to staff, they blind transfer to make the process start over again. Additionally, they are unable to provide basic services within a few months. Good luck getting in to see the doctor.
Absolutely terrible. Waited 6 months for a “new patient” visit only to show up and be told “your appointment has been cancelled (even after I called the day before to confirm). Then was told.. “we can reschedule you in 3 months. Ridiculous. But not surprising after I saw the people that worked in his office. Totally unprofessional.
Dr McGrew is excellent - highly recommend him!
