My wife just got a new car from my brother Zack Michaud who just became the new sales manager. We had a great experience and got the car very quickly, which was nice since someone recently crashed into her old car. Everyone there is so nice and accommodating and I couldn't recommend them enough!
5 stars for Randy Pawlyk. Out of all the different places I had gone to check out used cars. He was the only person who treated myself and parents with respect and humanity. He was very knowledgeable and passionate about the vehicles he sold. He told me honestly about vehicles that I should not look at and which ones were the best in my price range. 5 stars for quality of cars on the lot. Do NOT make a mistake of going here specially after 3:30pm. I was just there and got pretty much yelled at by the manager. He was literally scolding us like a little kid. We are just driving back from this dealership and I’ve been crying all way. I am mad because I didn’t speak up then. I’m sad because I let him talk to us like that.
