Great staff welcoming you, as well as scheduling you. Dr. Ga Ga is clear when it comes to next steps, she is fantastic. The amazing Jessie is the one who did all the cleaning, scraping, photographing, measuring, and worked non-stop. Yes, some pain - you were expecting Mr. Rogers? They're dentists! And any pain is worth it! Thank you, Kiam!

Feeling pretty disappointed with my experience. I’ve been twice - The first time was great, and the second time felt unprofessional. I had an appointment which they asked once to reschedule. I rescheduled and confirmed the date. I arrived early and had to wait 15 mins past my appointment when I was asked to reschedule again. This is especially frustrating in light of the fact that there is a cancellation fee that applies when a patient cancels even a few days in advance. Staff at the Laurel Village Dental Loft are always courteous and efficient. I feel I am well taken care of by Dr. Staninec. All procedures are very gentle.
