Feeling pretty disappointed with my experience. I’ve been twice - The first time was great, and the second time felt unprofessional. I had an appointment which they asked once to reschedule. I rescheduled and confirmed the date. I arrived early and had to wait 15 mins past my appointment when I was asked to reschedule again. This is especially frustrating in light of the fact that there is a cancellation fee that applies when a patient cancels even a few days in advance.
