Called to ask for headliner: answer i got: i dont sell them over the phone you have to come see it. Okay sure no problem do you have it in stock? Answer: i dont know i have some trailblazers come and take a look. Imagine making 3 hr drive and headliner not being available. Asked for price and he does not know.

Hood arrived had significant undisclosed scratches across entire surface not shown in listing photos. Condition was misrepresented. Seller disputed return and questioned authenticity of photos. Would not recommend. The 2nd photo is what they provided. The first photo is the actual hood.
This business has escalated from professional incompetence to illegal harassment. The Fraud: They sold me a Beige (Sand) seat despite being provided with my VIN and photos for a Mocha (Dark Brown) interior. Joey explicitly lied, saying only 'one brown' exists. The Damage: They charged me $1,100 (Grade A price) for a door that arrived with deep scratches and structural dents. "Avoid this place if you need accurate parts. I dealt with Joey. Even though I provided my VIN and photos of my car’s interior, he sent me the wrong color seat. He claimed there is 'only one brown' for a 2019 Honda Odyssey, which is a lie (Mocha vs. Sand). They claim to be experts with 100 years of experience, but they can't even check an interior code correctly. Now they expect me to deal with their mistake. Total lack of professional responsibility.
