The Fraud: They sold me a Beige (Sand) seat despite being provided with my VIN and photos for a Mocha (Dark Brown) interior. Joey explicitly lied, saying only 'one brown' exists. "Avoid this place if you need accurate parts. I dealt with Joey. Even though I provided my VIN and photos of my car’s interior, he sent me the wrong color seat. He claimed there is 'only one brown' for a 2019 Honda Odyssey, which is a lie (Mocha vs. Sand). They claim to be experts with 100 years of experience, but they can't even check an interior code correctly. Now they expect me to deal with their mistake. Total lack of professional responsibility. Over priced junk. They sold me a really crappy head light for 240 that has a broken turn signal. I’m in a rush but you’re better off buying a new set for 100 dollars more. Update to owner response: My name is not Damien, clearly you’re screwing over more than just one person. You guys don’t know anything about how easy it is to install a headlight so I’m providing proof that it was not user installation error but rather your junk headlight which I know they didn’t even test because the blinker light was completely MISSING.
