Met this fellow by chance in Home Depot solving a different plumbing issue on my own. He saw what I was getting and advised a better part and explained why. Later, on another issue, I sent him pics of a part I couldn't get at H/D or Lowes and he advise a place that may have it. they did and got it fixed. another kind moment. Then had one I just couldn't fix and he came and fixed the problem, then was kine enough to rebuild and set my Toilet IN LESS THAN HOUR A wonderful experience.
