He can target pain like no one else. This is not you soft relaxing massage. This is the most productive 60 mins you’ll spend on yourself. He targeted the pain in 1 visit that my physical therapist could treat in 12 sessions. I’ll certainly be a returning cutstomer.

Michael is a precise and skilled healer through and through. He can assess the root of your muscular/skeletal issues and uses every second of the massage to help you feel better. As other reviewers mention, the massage doesn't stop when your time is up. Michael prescribes activities, stretching, and foam rolling exercises to keep you feeling great. If you are looking for a massage that is not just a quick fix or band-aid to your ailments, do yourself and your body a favor and go see Michael.

It’s not really a massage per se. It’s trigger point and stretching work, exactly the therapy my body needs. You feel relaxed after the session, not during. He’s very knowledgeable and personable. He identified problem areas that physical therapists have identified in the past. He also gave me exercises to do at home.
