We are thoroughly impressed with this company. Hands down quality customer service. They certainly know their stuff! We were referred to Michaels Roofing by a neighbor after the hailstorm and we have zero regrets. ***** came out and found damage. He was very friendly, efficient and always there when we had any questions. He met with our insurance adjuster and made the process as smooth as possible. I had these people replace my roof in 2012. They have been back in 2014 and Dec. 2020 to make leak repairs. I called them today to repair the same leak from last year and they would not come. I understand they are busy but I am a returning customer and they said their labor is only warranted for 5 years for a 25 year roof. I wouldn't mind paying for a service call and fix if I have to but they would not even say they would come to look at it. I was really really disappointed in these people. I expected better.

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. Unfortunately, we are unable to take repair calls, at this time, that are not under our 5 year labor warranty. We do not have the man power at this time to handle repairs, as we are down to one crew due to Covid. We appreciate you as a returning customer. Please feel free to try us back in a few weeks or a month to see if our repair calls have opened back up.
