My general contractor hired them to reconnect a kitchen drain, dishwasher and R.O. system. He left without finishing the job and gave improper instructions to ME on how I should hook the stuff up. I'm not a plumber and that's why they were hired. No good in my book... Edit: the kitchen drain leaks horribly.

Price gouging here. Paid almost $600 for the first visit, and of course that didn't fix it. Then receive a quote of almost $5000 to really fix the issue. GO ELSEWHERE

Had good work in the past. However I called for an appointment for an estimate on getting some work done and they were a no call no show.

I dont understand C Fords response if michaels came out on an emergency call and did what u had asked then u had someone else replace the sewer how is it michaels plumbings responsibility to fix something that u hired someone else to replace and fix the issue. Dont u think it should be on the company u hired to replace the sewer. I feel michaels plumbing is the best and charge a fair price wouldnt recommend anybody other than michaels.
