I will never do business with Michael optical again. Lesson learned doesn’t mean I spent $350.00 for a pair of prescription sunglasses I get a better durable lens.I still have my old prescription sunglasses from Costco that lasted 2 years without a single scratch and this expensive pair already had scratches in a month no matter how careful with it.Would have thought after Spending almost $700.00 on two pair of sunglasses within 2 months they at least offered to do a one time replacement since I just got it on 10/08/19.Terri... read more

Best style of eye glasses that I ever owned: Luxotica frame with tinted bifocal lenses looking like a celebrity so people wonder who I am. Heidi Harmon, new mayor of SLO was at Michael's Opt this afternoon and liked my Luxotica frame and poly carbon tinted lenses. Heidi was looking for sun glasses.
Super kind staff- we were in SLO for vacation and my 6 year old son's glasses broke. The switched out his lenses to his new frames free of charge. Thank you very much!
