Rich @ Michael’s notary has been a go-to for all my pennsylvania title work for literal years now. always a guy i can give a call, or shoot a message to and accommodates me. good, transparent prices, convenient location and friendly service keep me coming back!
No true issue with the notary. Seemed like a nice guy. But he has a friend (Philip Arnold) who sells cars with illegal inspection stickers and dangerous safety issues. Philip send people to his buddy (Michaels Notary) to transfer the car. DANGER RUN FROM THIS COMBO!!!!!!!
