I lived at one of their properties for two years. They barely took care of anything and allowed seniors to live with appliances over 20 years old, ACs constantly breaking down, and horrible landscaping. If we had issues with the managers they would not respond. They appear to only be there to collect rent, didnt appear to care about the seniors who lived there at all! The managers are rude, unprofessional and manipulative.
Working for The Michaels Organization (Wisconsin region) was one of the most toxic and disorganized experiences of my career. Leadership is absent, unprofessional, and retaliatory—especially at the regional level. Training? Nonexistent. Support? Promised but never delivered.
