Hello my name is Ashton Liggins renting from by the name of “Osage Apartments” formally known as “ Country Club Gardens” in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I received a letter stating that I owe you guys 4,000. They were also unable to provide an itemized receipt. I was told to reach out to you guys for an itemized receipt. Going forward, would love to hear back from you guys about this. I’m totally unsure how I would owe 4,000.
I love where I live. The people are so good to you. They had to get together for the residence provided food drinks, and games. This is the first time I’ve ever seen this done. Thank you Steve for all the hard work you do that’s greatly appreciated. Kim Deatherage
Moved almost 3 Months ago still haven’t received my Deposit nor an Itemized deduction list. Was told by Management that I didn’t owe anything and should’ve gotten my Deposit back by now. As of Feb 6 no Deposit received no one answers the phone. As of March 14 I still have not received my Deposit. I believe your Company to have acted in bad faith. Just how many times do you think I’ve called Corporate? Holly doesn’t answer nor return calls. She was supposed to return my call Weeks ago. 3 Checks so far allegedly has been sent.... read more
The concept for affordability is really helpful. The budget friendly comfortable living space allows comfort but safety for disabled and elderly is important,too. Tenant safety shouldn't be that difficult since there's only 2 main entrances that require a pass key to access the building! If you don't live here visitors must ring the doorbell at the front entrance for the occupants to buzz the visitors into the building. Its one building.
