From the time I moved in Jacquelyn was such a pleasure and very helpful. She answered all my questions and walked me through the whole process! Michael’s need to keep her around forever ! She explained everything to me so o could understand and very patient with me the entire time at move in. She a great joy and I thank her each time I visit the office
So disorganized! Have only had negative experiences since renting with them. Recently visited Camden and drove past their HQ and why do I see an israel flag mounted right below the U.S. flag?? Can’t provide decent housing to Americans but have no issue showing support to a country living off American tax dollars! Shameful!!!
I live in Racine Wisconsin at a place called the Mitchell Wagon Lofts. Since the Michaels Organization took over, over 30 people have moved out of these apartments. The building stopped being cared for, in totality. We had a non working elevator for months at a time, we have no working cameras, there are raids, the doors are unlocked on the outside half the time, the quality of the people inside has plummeted, they don't care about their units, the building, or their neighbors. I don't know how they don't supervise this type of companies that claim to be community-based, and on the part of the administration of the Beachwood Preserve buildings in Waukegan, it's a real farce, shootings, robberies, no filter for those of us who have children, it's simply terrifying, the administration is totally rude, Mrs. Lilia Mexicana is racist, she treats people badly as if she were giving away the rent, totally astonished, I do not recommend her, please be careful if you have children.
