Moved almost 3 Months ago still haven’t received my Deposit nor an Itemized deduction list. Was told by Management that I didn’t owe anything and should’ve gotten my Deposit back by now. As of Feb 6 no Deposit received no one answers the phone. As of March 14 I still have not received my Deposit. I believe your Company to have acted in bad faith. The concept for affordability is really helpful. The budget friendly comfortable living space allows comfort but safety for disabled and elderly is important,too. Tenant safety shouldn't be that difficult since there's only 2 main entrances that require a pass key to access the building! If you don't live here visitors must ring the doorbell at the front entrance for the occupants to buzz the visitors into the building. Its one building. The concept for affordability is helpful however I've recognized over the past 10 years the legal department doesn't spend the money to handle tenant issues through our legal system. I've noticed the legal department for Michael's Organization tries to illegally evict tenants, like me. I'm disabled and bullied by abusive hostile tenants, the maintenance man, his wife/girlfriend and their visitors the building and the legal department doesn't address the assaults to me. The Michaels organization needs to change their slogan because they do not "Lift lives" of the seniors at Magnolia senior apartment in Detroit MI. They are slum landlords. Our building has bed bugs, roaches, overflowing trash rooms, front door and side door are always broken. The community manager is the most Disrespectful & Vulgar person that could ever manage an apartment building. Upper management is aware of the problem but is only interested in getting rent every month.
