I’ve lived at Regency Park Apartments since 2017, until Jan of 2025. The way they run things here are a complete scam. I’ve dealt with previous property managers constantly losing my kids personal documents which interfered with my recertification. When called out, they would gaslight you. Closed out work orders as “fufilled” when work hasnt been done. I’ve had to fix and for my own locks. When you ask for repairs they make you wait months to a year just to have done. This review is in regards to the company itself and working for it. This is a great company. It provides the perfect balance of work/life while also consistently lifting you up. The team im on provides each other with much support and praise for one another's work. I have the most amazing bosses (Rose & Brandon) and the most amazing coworkers. The company is a good company to work for and it reflects not just by their benefits but by the people who are within the company.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE THE COMPANY IN GENERAL IS TERRIBLE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE TENANTS ESPECIALLY THE ELDERLY. THE ELEVATOR HAS BEEN BROKEN SINCE THE WEEK OF 11/21/24 AND ITS CHRISTMAS EVE AND GUESS WHAT IT'S STILL BROKEN SMH IVE PUT IN A BBB COMPLAINT AS WELL. I LEAVE SEVERAL MESSAGES AND GOTTEN A CALL BACK ONCE THAT IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE FIXED ON I WA TOLD 12/11 WEDNESDAY AND IT STILL IN THE SAME STATE. Regarding Your hawthorne hills and willow manner apartment's in Nashville Indiana. We got a foot of snow and as much as you charge these elderly they can't even get their parking lots plowed? If someone gets hurt you're liable!! No wonder you guys have such a low rating. Horrible corrupt company. Do better!!
