The Michaels Organization should lose their license to rent out to anyone there properly at 700 mckinley Ave in canton ohio is disgusting I visited family at that location and there were drunks vomiting on the floors the place smelled of meth and cigarettes there were some breaking and enterings on the properly the manager does nothing about these issues and is gets extremely angry when you approach here about anything I have photos of the damages done to my cousins place and I will be sueing the michaels organization
Trash company since about 2022. You know it’s bad when they have to have executive management give themselves 5 star reviews.
This is by far thee worst property management company I’ve ever had to deal with. I had a serious matter at one of their properties. Onsite management was no help at all. I reached out to the corporate office numerous times & still no response. I wouldn’t recommend anyone lease from them. Shut the whole company down.
I don't see how they can stay in business they're a horrible organization who only care about themselves and filling they're pockets
I've lived at 3 different properties owned by the michaels organization all of them are ran very poorly the staff have these attitudes towards people who live in them they ain't cery pleasurable places to be its incredibly stressful
