I've need taking all of my cars to Michael's for a number of years. I've had nothing but good experiences. They've always been upfront and honest. I'll continue taking my cars there for many more years.

We loved the service we received. They've given us honest, good prices on parts and labor over the years. They were quick too. Fixed/replaced the following on 3 of our cars: tie rods, oil leaks, leaks in transmission, breaks, rebuilt one of the engines, replaced an oil pan and general tune ups. I'm sure I'm forgetting some stuff. We are very pleased and recommended them to all our family and friend.

I knew I needed a new transmission and did not want it to be done by a rookie, so my friend recommend this Garage to me because she had her care fixed there and has never taken any of her family's cars anywhere since. I called the shop and Mike himself answered the phone. After a quick chat we scheduled a time for me to drop off my car and I instantly liked the place because it was clean and I could talk with the owner right when I first walked in. Do not ever go here. It is a rip off. They are very dishonest and do not do what they say they would do. They just take your money and don't care. We are very upset with them. I would give them no stars if I could.

This place seems like they’re trying to be honest but I seriously question their competence. They performed about $2,500 worth of work on my vehicle without fixing the problem. Finally I took it to the dealer and I needed a new catalytic convert which was covered by a recall. I have had an issue with every repair they did. If you take your car there, be ready to make a few trips. I won’t ever be going there again.
