Awesome customer service with a positive attitude!
I scheduled a walking review of our church to have the entire building re-keyed. The technician provided me An email quote that I responded with “approved” the same day. He told me verbally that he would probably be back out late the following week after parts were ordered. Early the following week I called to establish the actual time they intended to come and there was a lot of confusion and they let me know that the parts had not been ordered. The guys here know what they're doing. I've had spare keys made for two different cars and a motorcycle, and every time it's quick and easy, and so much cheaper than going to a dealership. They have military discount, too.
