I would highly recommend this place for their services to anyone. A gentleman named Keith came out to get a key made for me. He was very helpful, polite and very professional. The job was done quickly. I’m very satisfied.
Parker was VERY efficient in re-keying a Schlage door handle lock for me today. Only took him 5 minutes!! He did the same a couple of days ago for me. That’s why we always go to Michaels in Keller for all our lock/key jobs.

Michael’s was the third place I checked to see about my car’s key fob. Michael’s should have been the first place I went. The young man was attentive and helpful. One other place I tried wanted to rope me in before they quoted a price and when I told them I wanted a price they hung up the phone. At Michaels they sought to understand the problem and gave me not only a price estimate, but sought alternative solutions.
Parker was awesome, I’ll make sure to only use these guys!
