I happened into Michael's Jewelry Store with looking in mind...I was greeted by the owner, Michael, and thanked by him for stopping by. I told him I just wanted to look, and he was very polite. I then noticed a television with a commercial from Antwerp, and started asking him questions. I found out that he is a certified Gemologist and that he does appraisals.
