Call the number that was displayed and a lady answered and said hello and I said is this Michael's jewelry and she just hung up the phone and when I try to call again apparently she blocked me cuz it says phone number no longer in service very rude customer service

What a horrible place to have jewelry repaired. Put a yellowish diamond in my daughter in laws ring. Lost another diamond when they cleaned the ring. Looks and feels like they did a crap job of putting the diamond in. Lumpy. The ring is scratched on both sides. Horrible, terrible job. My daughter in law is broken hearted. This was her engagement ring and was beautiful, now she feels like it ruined.

I highly recommend Michael’s Jewelry for official jewelry appraisals, jewelry authenticity testing, jewelry repair, and jewelry sales. The owner is beyond knowledgeable, friendly, and has very fair pricing. We were able to appraise four pieces of jewelry on one sheet of paper for only $100. Usually it’s that price per piece. Best yet, the jewelry is not shipped out to a sister site for jewelry appraisals, it’s done in house and during the time of your appointment so your jewelry always stays with you! They NEVER answer the phone ! Called three times during business hours and nobody answers the phone. Wonder how much fun that would be if doing business with them, nah going elsewhere !
