Poor Service Always have had exceptional service at Michael's Jewelers except for this last visit. The sales clerk (someone new I've never seen before) was snippy and short with me on the phone when I inquired about the availability of a charm and then was the same when I came into the store to pick it up. Even told me there was no gift wrap available for the item. Not my best visit there.
Home town feel! I have been going to buy & fix my jewelry for years. He is trust worthy & makes beautiful designs. He always make you feel like one of his friends. Prices are also good! go check out his store for sure!
