I had the best experience at the Michael Jeweler in the West Farms Mall. Carol Tatarian was extremely helpful and she knew her stuff. Not only did Carol tell me the ring would be in before I really needed it, it came early. I give this place a 5 star and recommend to everyone.
My Boyfriend now Fiance got my engagement ring here, he didn't know my ring size so he picked a ring that spoken to him and unfortunately it was too small for my finger. He got a package deal buying the ring where sizing the ring is absolutely free all warranty and free cleaning when needed. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel so welcomed and comfortable, especially as a same-sex couple. Came in last night to pick out an engagement ring and wasn’t greeted by one person. Employees don’t even look your way here. I was there for about five minutes and left, especially after an employee got up to do something briefly and sat right back down at the computer. Couldn’t be happier to spend money elsewhere.
