Wow, I was shocked with what Michael's gave me for my gold. I shopped around and his initial offer was twice what the other places were paying. Very happy with the service, very professional. I didn't have anything special, but he checked the price of gold and based his price off that. He told me gold was up a lot that day and that's how he payed me. The other places just checked a sheet on what they were paying, who knows how old that was!
Great service and great prices. I will always sell to Michaels because they actually seem to care about the customer unlike the other shops in the area that want to get your gold and push you out the door.
