After having my ring resized by another jeweler and it breaking twice in a month, I contacted Michaels Jewelers because it is right by my house. I was in hysterics on the phone because my wedding is in 2 weeks. They had me bring my ring in and Julia was so friendly and compassionate. She knew how serious it was and she was honest.
