New store is beautiful. Employees are so friendly and go above and beyond to make sure your totally satisfied with your item. The jewelry is high quality and is not overly priced.Highly recommend them.
I went to Michael's Jewelers for a watch battery change. They were fast, professional and affordable. As I was getting ready to leave, the sales lady was just letting me know that they are there for all my jewelry needs , ring cleaning , etc. It reminded me that I had a bracelet link that needed fixing. They took care of it for me. They did not have the exact match, but the lady knew the story behind the bracelet and they found the perfect alternative. I loved it because it had a meaning behind it.
