Michaels is amazing! Dawn, Julia and Brian were all so helpful with the customization of a name plate necklace. We actually got to use my aunts original necklace. It’s the first piece I have made just for me. It’s sentimental and beautiful. I am truly grateful for their knowledge and expertise in crafting me a necklace that I will wear for years

We only go to Michael’s for our jewelry needs. They work fast on fixes and our jewelry always comes back 10x better than when we left them!
Friendly staff and quick service. Two of the prongs that held my center stone broke. They had it fixed and ready to be picked up within a few days. I tried to get a few angles in the pictures to show their work.
Dawn was so pleasant and accommodating. She had great recommendations and adjusted my watch band just right. Thank you for the memento for my trip and have a Happy Easter!
