Michael is now 104 years old. After 73 years, in the same location, he and his wife Judith are retiring Dec..29. I grew up alongside them while I worked two careers in downtown Phoenix. Happy retirement!
I absolutely love this place. My husband got my ring from there 9 years ago and I couldn't be happier. I take it here for cleaning and servicing. Michael and his wife are the best.
May have been great a few years ago, but buyer beware. Extremely difficult to communicate with. Condescending and rude. I didn't catch names but I would assume the older gentleman was Michael and the lady with him could have presumably been his wife. Both were so rude upon entry, we just turned around and left. I would just recommend avoiding all together
