My experience with the Bristol store has been amazing. Colleen Campbell is the store manager, and since day one she has gone above and beyond in providing us excellent customer service. The entire team is amazing. Specifically, when I was in search for my daughter's quinceañera ring. Colleen helped me find a beautiful 14k gold diamond ring perfect for the occasion. You are looking for something specific and excellent customer service this is the right place for you!
Leslie is absolutely PHENOMENAL! She went above and beyond while taking care of my engagement ring getting resized. Her care& compassion is woven into her professionalism. I was running late the day of pick up. She literally held the store open a little later so I wouldn't have to go another day without my ring. Thank you so much !!!!
I would highly recommend Michael’s Jewelry to anyone. Colleen and Leslie were such a pleasure to work with! I went in and they greeting me with such a warm welcome. My watch was adjusted in less than 5 minutes!!!! The quote Kay Jewelry gave me was 3 times more than Michael’s pricing. I will continue going here for all my jewelry needs.
Michael Jewelers went above and beyond, the least I can do is give them a fabulous review! My friend @verdiluneshop made an incredible one of a kind pendant that I have worn night and day on a gorgeous secure rolo chain for the last 4 years! One of my favorite pieces. A crazy accident the other week cause the rolo to snap in the middle and thankfully I did not lose the pendant, however I was devastated that the gorgeous rolo was broken!
