I paid $140 to fix a chain and pendant and waited a week for it. To only find out only the necklace was done. So disappointed
Exceptional experience. We started at Michaels, visited 4 other stores across town to gauge selection and price. Ended up back at Michales. Michaels Jewelers has a great selection of wedding bands. More than any other store. The staff is friendly and respectful.
Arie and Leslie were amazing , I went in to get my mom's old engament ring cleaned and to have put in a box to give to my great niece expecting to leave it for a few days. Not only did she do it while I waited but gift wrapped it free of charge. Highly recommend.
