Mike McCann is an excellent builder who was very hands on through our whole building process in Jasper, TN. Even after our home was completed he continues to follow up on the little things as does his team. If you are looking for a quality built home with an owner you can trust to complete the job on time and accurately then Mike is your man.
The Michael’s Homes team is first class! Recently purchased a home built by Michael’s Homes. When looking at the house I immediately noticed the build quality was the best I have seen. The customer service during the purchase process and after has also been outstanding. If you’re looking for a home I can tell you Michael’s Homes build quality and customer service are second to none.
Lived in one of their neighborhoods for over a year now. When we purchased last summer they said pool would be ready. Come to find out they’ve had this promised to residents for over 3 years. They’ve raised HOA significantly bc of a pool that’s not even ready. Builder doesn’t seem to care about the happiness of buyers or promises made but more so jsut pocketing money. This is among one of the problems. On their neighborhood fb pages we’ve got multiple reported ongoing issues with Michaels.
