I walked out of Michael’s Hair Design feeling completely transformed—Rose is hands-down the most skilled barber I’ve ever sat in a chair for. She has this sharp eye for every little detail and somehow always nails the exact cut I’m hoping for. Warm, polished, and ridiculously good at her craft. If you’re looking for a place that actually delivers, book with Rose at Michael’s Hair Design. You will not walk away underwhelmed.
Poor customer service and rude staff. Jude used to be help me with all my hair needs. I was a loyal and happy customer for many, many years. However once I became a senior on a strict budget, I was accused of " asking for deals". He obviously didn't understand the difference between a strict budget and a deal. I was also accused of missing appointments with no notice. This was not true. There was no receptionist to answer customers calls or reply to customers emails if they had to reschedule.
