Jeff is awesome !!
Highly recommended, Jeff is always super friendly and does a great job. Little difficult to find (no sign); he's located on the lower level with the entry by the river walk.
Best hair cuts I've had in years. Very friendly owner, always on time. Reasonably priced. Hope he never retires.
