We hired Michael because of the 5 star rating. He made us pay half of the cost upfront in cash when he came to do a quote. He stated he only took cash and would need the rest when he came back to fix the floor. He did return the next saturday and fixed the floor but did not bring the materials to fix the base boards. We paid him the rest of the money and he went on his way. I contracted this young man to do ceramic tile in my guest house which turned out immaculate!! And once completed I had him do wood look tile in a herringbone pattern and it turned out absolutely beautiful! I would definately recommend him to anyone looking for floor work.
