Shortly after I bought my brand new car I was rear ended. Michaels repaired my vehicle and made it look brand new again. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and explained everything to me in detail. Not only do the techs come out and speak with you about what is going on, the owner himself also does. Jamie and Melissa were also helpful in getting the insurance claims sorted and a rental car. Incredible customer service. Thank you to everyone at Michael's for everything. Happy holidays.
