My autistic son needed a tooth extracted and this wonderful office was the perfect place for me to bring him!! From the moment we arrived the care we had til the tooth was removed and his teeth were cleaned and X-rays done, the complete staff were amazing!! The care that my family received was just amazing and we appreciated it so much. This was my first visit to this practice. All started out great then we had a miscommunication over the price they had quoted me prior to my visit. I ended up storming out because the price they wanted to charge me was not what they had previously quoted me. I recieved a call shortly after from Jo. I highly recommend Michael’s Center for Dental Excellence. My son was in the area for spring break when he developed a swollen jaw and needed prompt care. Jo at Michaels was excellent—she communicated with me from across the country and helped coordinate a quick appointment, which I truly appreciated.
